At the Kurdistan Institution Held a Workshop on the Proficiency in Using Claude AI for the Modern Workplace That Relies on Artificial Intelligence
On Wednesday, September 16, 2026, the Kurdistan Institution for Strategic Studies and Scientific Research held a workshop titled "Proficiency in Using Claude AI for the Modern Workplace That Relies on Artificial Intelligence," presented by Professor Dr. Nahla Mohammed Saeed, professor and researcher at the Kurdistan Institution.
In the first part of the workshop, Professor Dr. Nahla Mohammed Saeed spoke in detail about how to use Claude AI for the modern, AI-dependent workplace. A number of foundational principles were presented on this topic, including: an introduction to artificial intelligence and its fields of use; Claude's core capabilities and features in answering questions; text and image analysis; internet search and file creation; an initial practical training session on experiencing Claude's interface and working environment; the basics of prompt structuring; techniques for writing requests to get the best and most accurate answers; using Claude in daily tasks such as writing, document summarization, and data analysis; creating and generating files; advanced prompting techniques; defining and breaking down complex tasks; the ethics and limits of artificial intelligence; and usage conduct and the protection of information confidentiality.
In another part of the workshop, the focus shifted to the benefits of the workshop's content at the individual, institutional, and company levels, which include: developing efficiency at work; learning how to use Claude AI to reduce the time spent on repetitive tasks (writing, summarizing, and file creation); gaining expertise in artificial intelligence; building confidence in using technology; removing hesitation about using AI tools in a simple, practical way; increasing productivity, since employees can complete their tasks faster and with better quality; reducing time and costs; standardizing the level of proficiency among all employees; and preparing employees for the future.
At the end of the workshop, which lasted nearly two hours, further discussion took place between the presenter and the attendees regarding the workshop's content, and the attendees' questions were answered.
It was also decided that the second part of the workshop will be held at the Kurdistan Institution next Tuesday, September 22, 2026, at 10:30 a.m.
